Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Saroi collects when you use saroi.ai, app.saroi.ai and Saroi Demand, how we use it, and the choices you have. Saroi is operated from 28 Geary St, San Francisco, CA. Questions go to hi@saroi.ai.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign up, your name, email address and the business details you enter.
- What you send us. Messages and requests you submit through our forms, including your name, email, company and the request itself.
- Orders and payments. Order details such as the service, price and the parties to the deal. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Seller booths. Booth pages are built from information a business publishes on its own public website. A business can claim, edit or remove its booth.
- Saroi Demand. The ideas, market phrases and results of the checks you run, and any data you choose to connect.
- Basic technical data. Server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To run the service: show booths, pass requests between buyers and sellers, process orders and run the checks you ask for.
- To reply to you and send messages about your account or orders.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
- To improve our methods using results in aggregate form that do not identify you or your ideas.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data from Google APIs
Saroi Demand can use Google APIs, such as the Google Ads API, YouTube Data API and Gemini API, to fetch public market data like keyword search volumes. When you sign in with a Google account to connect Google Ads, we use that access only to request keyword and market data for the checks you run. We do not read, change or manage your campaigns, and we do not share data received from Google APIs with third parties except as needed to provide the service to you.
Saroi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Saroi's access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run Saroi, each limited to that job: hosting (Vercel, Replit), email delivery (Resend, Google Workspace), payments (Stripe), and data providers that answer market-data requests. When you place an order or send a request, the other party to that deal receives the details needed to complete it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing hi@saroi.ai. Residents of California and other places with privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we honor them for everyone.
Security
We use encrypted connections, limit who can access data, and keep credentials out of our code. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Saroi is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
